User unable to see Process under start

Hi,

We have a LCES2 SP2 server, which is integrated to LDAP for an Enterprise domain.  We have one user who cannot see any processes under the category to Start.

There should be a process - we have confirmed that the user is in all the right groups and has the correct permission.

There are no obvious errors in the Log.  Is there anyway to test the user?

Because the user has come from LDAP, it is very hard to see what the problem is.  Is there any way to diagnose?

Hi Tim,

Does the user have 'Services User' role. You may check that in adminui (Home > Settings > User Management > Users and Groups).
