Hi Gadi,
It looks like some regions are tied to a specific currency. To work around this, you may have to create a new Adobe ID, and select a region where the above 8 currencies are supported.

In the developer portal after you login, on the bottom row in right, can you see a big button saying "This is a free developer account, Upgrade for more capacity" ?
You have to click that and accept terms and conditions and then a new browser window should open taking you to the pricing. It may also open as a new tab.

I have seen it in the tutorial, the problem is that the screen I got doesnt contain this button...
