Unlocking a user account


Level 7

One of the users (sync'd with LDAP) had many unsuccessful logins in Workspace and I feel the account is locked.

When I checked the EDCPRINCIPALENTITY table for that user the cell under islocked reflects "1". Does anyone know how to unlock the user.

I have also tried to remove the roles and add them back on with no luck.

Level 4

The user should be unlocked after 30 min (default time).

You can set this time period in the Domain Management page in AdminUI

Chetan - Thank you for replying.

However, this doesn't seem to happen as the same user tried the next morning and she still got the invalid username or password error.

I am wondering if what I noticed in the db was also true ? The strange part is that she can login to all the windows application that need windows authentication.

Do you know of any other way ?
