Unable to see Stalled action errors :(

Stalled action error link is not working in the AdminUI.

See the error screenshot attached.

No entries in the log file.

Can anyone help on this?

Is it happening for any specific stalled operation or is it across the board? Could you paste the Stacktrace from error logs?

It happens for all.. I mean i'm not even able to see the list of processes stalled.

And there is no errors logged in log file..
