Unable to preview form in Livecycle Designer

Adobe Acrobat: 9.0.0

Adobe Livecycle Designer ES: 8.2.1.3144.1.471865

I load a form and when I click on the Preview tab I receive a blank popup box

How can I fix this? Thanks! I've already tried uninstalling/re-installing Adobe Acrobat without any luck.
