Unable to add users in livecycle

Hi

I have installed adobe livecycle ES3, and have integrated with my active directory. I am able to view my AD users in the the users and groups tab in admin ui.

But when I try to login with a user account into the end user portal /edc, and create a policy, while adding users and groups I am not able to find any of my AD users in it.

Any suggestions please?

Check whether this domian is present in "Visible Users and Groups" tab of Policy Set in adminui ?
