Two email address

How to send a form at two different e mail ? The first e mail using the submit button (pre set email) and the second using the email address text box .

The idea is to have the fixed email address in a hidden field and the email text box to be displayed.

At the time of sending the email, concatenate both with comma separation and send the email..
