In testing the protected view, it was needed to delete various documents or modes from trusted hosts in Adobe preferences to simulate a new user. It was found that on initial submission trust once and trust always worked correctly. However, if the same documents or modes are deleted from Adobe preferences again, when resubmitting a form sent by email, it was found that trusting once worked correctly, but trusting always did not change the yellow banner of the protected view. Despite the yellow banner, the form submitted without a legitimate trust. This could be misleading to users.
Does anyone have a solution to the above problem or has anyone even seen it?
