Troubleshooting other users' processes

As an LiveCycle administrator I am asked to help users with their processes. The only way I can do that easily is to logon using their username/password. It is  not good Is there some elegant way to do that? Am I able to attach user's process and see what is going on? I know I can ask user to forward the task to me, but this is a bit complicated.

Thanks for any ideas.

There are a few things you can do using the administrative interface at http://localhost:8080/adminui under the Process Management section.

Take a look and see if it helps.

Yes, of course, adminui is essential in troubleshooting. What I need exactly to do is: find the task in adminui, assign the task to me, have a look at form and data, say user, what is wrong and than assign form back to the user. Just go and have a look at form and data should be easier.

I cannot display task form if I have not assigned it to me. I can have a look in database to process data or I am able to play recorded process.

It would be nice if this link

http://server:port/workspace/Main.html?taskId=xxx

works for any task in the system.

But it seems to me to be impossible even I am big Super administrator. Is it true?
