I'm new to Adobe LiveCycle and would like to create a ToC (Table of Contents) to an existing 20 page PDF.  What is the best approach?

Mhmm there's a solution i found here that might help, I didnt really took the time to read it but here is some help

If this can't help you I have a method in mind that would work perfectly but it's a little complex...

To be able to focus on a random title in the button, use the method xfa.host.setFocus(somExpression);

If you want to use this method, I'll be glad to help... Thanks for the idea of a dynamic TOC by the way

I appreciate the suggestion but I'm having trouble creating a button that can span two columns in a table.  Any suggestions?

There appears to be a lot to learn with this application.
