This operation is not allowed

When opening my form, it pops up "This opperation not allowed".  How can I prevent this?  Thanks for helping.

Hi,

where do you open your form, in Acrobat or Reader?

Do you have scripts in your form and if so which?

Can you share your form, so we can have a look on it, to anaylyse the problem?
