Can anybody give a answer regarding the long term investment into PDF forms created with LiveCycle?

Or are we all keeping our eyes closed and waiting to a wakeup call from Adobe to remove it from Acrobat at all?

Why they should remove it? I mean you still can create XFA forms with AEM Forms Designer which is still an active published product and there are so many XFA based files out there already.

I think for closed environments (within companies) XFA forms still have many benefits you can use for many years.
