Text fields locked up halfway through creation of a form and I can't drag them. Any ideas?

I can't drag text fields around in my form. I'm about halfway through the form and can't figure out what locked them into position. How do I unlock them so I can drag them around again?

Hi,

at the bottom of Designers workspace you'll find these 4 symbols.

You can click onto these symbolds to lock/unlock different objects types.
