how can we use text field smaller then default size having height 0.352

You can change the height of the any object in Layout pallet (Shift+F9)

However with Text field's minimum height is restricted to "Height of the context text down to one line for a given font style and size". So you may have to change the font style and size of the content for a given object to see minimum allowed height.
