Task Deadline without Route

Hi ,

I want to display the date in the deadline column of workspace list view So I set the value deadline in workbench and its looking fine in the workspace But I do not want to move next step when deadline occurs because i want  user to open and process the request.

Here I have not selected any Route for next step when deadline occurs But its always moving to next when deadline occurs.

Is there any way to keep the tasks in queue when deadline passed?

or any alternate way to dispaly the date value in the cloumn like deadline.

Can you create a route on deadline which goes back to the original assignee

My assumption is If i set beck to original assignee, then this will be looks like looping. and it will not stop the process. and my requirement is to display the date and and sort the task based on the date so i used deadline date but here i do not want to use the route when deadlin occurs. I just want to show the deadline date and no to do any change in the process. Is any other alternate way to do?

Maybe use a reminder, not a deadline.
