I have simple spreadsheet data that includes zip codes and their corresponding city/town names. I want to add a table to a livecycle form (Pdf) so when I type in the zip code field, the city/ town field is auto-populated.
Example:
27105 = Winston Salem
I want to type the zip 27105 and have Winston Salem appear in the city/ town field.
