table is missing a row. how do I add it?

I created a table and just noticed that I forgot to add a specific row.  How do I add the row that is missing?  I've come across questions about adding a button to add rows to a table.  I do not want to add a button to add a row.  I just need to add the row so that my table is complete.  Thank you.

In the design view you can add or remove row and colums by clicking the small white triangle icon at the edge. It opens a context menu with various options.
