table information moving to a page of its own

Hi,

I've been working on this form for some time now.  After a user added rows to a table, the table moved to the next page and what was the next page, moved to another new page.  I want this information to flow together and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong again.  Thanks for your help.

I also just noticed that my "add row" button for the Pets table is actually adding a row to the table Above it, not sure what I did, but it didn't do this yesterday when I was working on it.

I fixed the table issue of adding rows to the previous table, I still cannot figure out the pagination

to keep things together.

Also, I have two page subforms on one page, not really sure how that happened.  If Anyone cou
