Table header duplication issue (LiveCycle Designer ES2)

Hi!

I try to make dynamic tables (with dynamic row add/remove), all forks fine, but page top tables duplicates headers, when adding some rows. I don't know, haw to fix that.

I create headers in table layout because, when add it as text object, they don't follow properly the table. If put header as text and set "Keep with next", when table splits on two pages, text jump to next page, instead to stay in first page, where table begins. Also text after table I put in footer rows. I try many different ways and this works best of all, except header duplication.

PS. Duplication cause Header row property: Object - Pagination - "Include Header Row in Subsequent Pages". But only for first table in page and not always.

deactivate the option to repeat the row for each data item in the binding tab.
