Submitting dynamic form in current state (visible/invisible fields)

I created my dynamic form so that certain fields are visible and invisible based on other selections within the form.  I've created a submit button using a standard button and settings to send the PDF as an attachment to the appropriate email address.  When the attachment is opened, the presence of the fields return their initial state of being visible/invisible.  This is the same look you have when you first open the PDF as a new file.  The data that the user entered is still in the fields, some are just invisible.  Is it possible to send the PDF with the visible/invisible state of all fields at the time the submit button is pressed?

Example

New file opens:

Field A= visible

Field B= invisible

User changes settings and submits form:

Field A= invisible

Field B= visible

When I open the attachment:

Field A= visible

Field B= invisible
