We are using multiple dynamic forms that are reader extended with Outlook 2010 32bit. Most of the time the forms will work for everyone in the company, but occasionally they will just display the round circle clocking icon for Windows 7 and then do nothing (i.e. not open a new message with the form attached). If I open a browser window (or cmd window) and type mailto: test@domain.com (or any other email address) and hit enter, a new message will open up and be addressed to the indicated recipient. I close the message and try sending the form and it will work.
Does anyone know why this would happen intermittently and then work once a fictitious email is opened using the above methodology?
