Hi, I have created a form with multiple drop down boxes, on two pages. When the users open the PDF to fill out the form it is on two pages but when they submit it by email the document creates multiple copes of the pages, so the document when sent will be on anything from 7 - 20 pages. Can anyone tell me where I went wrong?

I have found out it is a problem with the first page - if I delete all the content on page 1, the PDF will be sent by email correctly, I tried to delete one section at a time but the fault must be in all sections of page one.
