Subform visible in attachment only after submit

This is probably not possible but I'll ask anyway...

I would like to click a custom e-mail button to attach the form (PDF version, not just data) and send it to an administrator. I would like the bottom subform to become visible but only in the attached file, not the open file currently being viewed by the user who clicked the submit button.

Reason: The information in the last subform is for the Admin only to view and answer. Is there a way to accomplish this?

On clicking the email button you could show the subform and then hide it again after it has been sent.
