strange bam workbench login problem

i am trying to login as CognosNowAdmin, but all i get is blank login screen without an error.

any ideas what this could be?

in the meantime i did try to rebootstrap BAM. did not work as: CNS-CNS-101300 The password for user [CognosNowAdmin] is invalid.

i use the default keystores with the default password.

is the CognosNowAdmin password stored in the admin.jks or also somwhere in DB?

after deleting the meta and geo database the bootstrap was successfull and dashboard works now also. i hope this was only a forgotten password issue because in live environment this would be a problem.
