I have a government customer who is currently evaluating LiveCycle Data Servcies for use within their organization. Quality assurance is of paramont importance to them and they are subject to rigorous internal SQA requirements. One of these is that they must cite SQA processes employed by third party vendors, like Adobe, who provide Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and have requested that Adobe provide any information regarding our software quality assurance processes for LiveCycle.
