I was just curious, is there a quick way to clear the chat history?

Hi ,

I think you need to call the SimpleChatModel's clear() api to clear the chat. You can add a button to your chat , wherein clicking you can call simpleChat.model.clear().

Another way could be using dev console. You can go to your chat collectionNode, then clear all the items in the history, history_hosts and history_participants nodes.

Hope this helps

Thanks
