How I can email a form without opening in my case the Microsoft Outlook dialog email window?

Similar like silence printing the form(Here we use the False item).

Is it possible?

You can't, Acrobat doesn't have built-in email capability so it has to pass the file to an email program.

You should use a try block to catch any errors.
