I have created form and it is almost finished, but one thing makes me crazy.
Validity of second signature depends on meeting of conditions set. If both conditions are met signature is valid, if not signature is invalid.

As it is in Polish language, few comments.
1 There are two targets "Minimalna wydajność" - minimum capacity and "Maksymalny PPM" - maximal defect ratio
2. Sign and second subform will open
3. Start of manufacturing period is e.g. 06:00 and "Koniec" - end is 07:00
4. "Ilość OK" - quantity of OK parts and "Ilość NG" is quantity of nonconforming parts
5. "Osiągnieta wydajność" is achieved capacity and "Osiągnięty PPM" is achieved defect ratio
6. Sign and you would get answer for question "Czy proces może być przekazany do produkcji seryjnej ?" "TAK" - Yes, "NIE" - No.
Two conditions are checked here minimum capacity <= achieved one and maximal defect ratio >= achieved one.
If you get "TAK" signature "Podpis Lidera Produkcji" is valid, if "NIE" signature is not valid.
I kindly ask for support. What did I mess here.
