Sharepoint lists and submit as XML

Hello i'm trying to set up a pdf form so that when I click submit it will send the form to a webhandler which i turn will read the xml into a sharepoint list.

I have been useing this blog post to help with this;

I have built the form using Livecycle and whenever i click submit in adobe reader 9.1 I get the message;

An error occured during the submit process. Unknown failure.

If I open the sem form in Acrobat 9.1 pro the form submits correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this or how find any error logs or the like which would help to debug this/

I think Reader needs to be Extended via a LiveCycle Reader Extensions server to be able to do that kind of submit.

You can try extending in Acrobat Pro and see if it will work - under the Advanced menu Extend Features in Adobe Reader.

I've tried this and I get the same result.

I have also re-tried using the distribute form wizard in Livecyle which appears to be the equivilent on the extended function in acrobat pro.

I'm beginning to see why there is very little info on the web about this
