We are using ES4 and Workspace to approve tasks. We are using queue sharing, but tasks claimed out of a shared queue are not showing in other users' queues when they have them claimed. We have got "Add ACL for shared queue" checked on the process. It appears that claiming a task out of the main shared queue automatically locks the task. Can this be set to not happen? There's really no point in having shared queues if users can't see the tasks in the queues shared with them. Tasks that are assigned directly to certain users are showing in queue sharing, but not tasks claimed from the shared queue.
This has been a problem for users when a user leaves his/her desk with tasks claimed in his/her queue and other users can't find the tasks.
