Setting the vertical alignment of the text to center in form field text box

Hi,

We are using adobe acrobat x pro 10.1.0 licensed versions

Issue

In a pdf file we have text boxes (Form fields); we are populating the values dynamically

we have the issue in setting the vertical alignment of the text to center

In the designer we can set only horizontal text alignment how to set the vertical text alignment?

If I understand your issue correctly, you can achieve this by playing witht the Left and Right values under Layout tab of the object properties.

Were you able to determine how to align the text vertically, as you described? I'm having this same issue and can't figure out how to align the text vertically.

To control vertical alignment:

Go to Window on the menu bar

Check off Paragraph in the drop menu

click the paragraph tab on the new pallette that appears.

Here you can push text to the top, bottom or center by clicking the appropriate icon

Right click the box in question. 

Select "options" from the menu bar in the window that appears

Check the box that says "Multi-line"
