Set one field with a specific colour in printout.

Hello, I want to show one field with a specific colour whenever value is inserted in the field.For doing the same I have created one action but not getting proper result.Could anybody suggest me that how I can get my result in exact way by seeing the screen shot.I am waiting for your valuable response.

I think it is working, the change of color is fired on the exiting the field but the background color only shows up when the field is entered.  So if you exit the field and then go back to it you'll see the color is set.  What would you prefer to see happen?  I'm wondering if you'd have better results using the change event but caution using that extensively on many fields.
