Hi, I have purchased Adobe Live Cycle which comes with a license for 2 devices/users. I am getting an error message when I attempt to download the software onto the second device. It states that the "serial # is already in use". The software is only on one device so why am I not able to download the software on the second device if Im licensed for two users???
