Sequential Number Field (autonumber)

I have created a form for site photographs - two photographs per page and a button to duplicate the page as many times as required. I would like to include a "protected" photograph number field (Photo 1., Photo 2., etc.). I have been reading through tutorials and other autonumber answers and haven't found a code that works for me. I am fairly green to coding and livecycle designer. I am using 8.2. Any help is appreciated!!

We would need to see your form or at least a screen shot of the hierarchy to offer anything more specific, can you upload your form somewhere (like Google Docs, DropBox, etc) and post a link in this thread?
