Script to sum items

What is a good script to add multiple button items (each button has a value). For a small sample of buttons, I tried and successfully used the FormCalc run at client Sum(), where I add each individual button to the addition (works fine). But I thought there was a better script maybe using JavaScript to do the same, when there are many buttons to add up.

Can you post a sample form? I would like to see how you have the buttons configured. I assume you are talking about radio buttons.

Hi Steve,

Yes, will post the form. I tried to post it to the forum, but there was no attach button that I could find. Note that there a lots of radio buttons, each having a specific value and I need to sum them all in the Total Score box.
