Saving a form

How do I save a form so other users can fill out the form and save it.  I sent a draft form to the customer and she can't save it.  An error message pops up and says it can't save and to print it out to save a copy.  Am I missing something??

If they are just using Reader they won't be able to save the form with the data. You'll need to add Reader Extensions to the PDF.

You can add the Reader extensions using LiveCycle Reader Extension or simply by using Acrobat if it's for a limited umber of users.

well I don't want to throw you off from your question but I don't want to start a new thread with the same title, how do we save forms as a dynamic PDF is it the same as save as type you choose from the drop downlist Adobe Dynamic XML Form(*.pdf).

Can you clarify what you mean by"output does not appear on my form"?  What output?  Do you mean the data does not appear?

I think for saving a PDF form , it needs to be Reader Extended.
