RightManagement Preview Policy

Already setup RightManagement (trial), and try to understand how it can be useful in my cases.

I have created simple policy that enables access to pdf content, and encrypt pdf on it.

First  thing that I can't get is  how to enable preview of pdf content using different file browsers (windows explorer, mac ifinder) (even when use an anonymous user).

Also, one more problem. I can't get how to assign user to policy. When i create new policy and try to add users - Find Users or Groups is empty

Use correct Adobe Reader version as mentioned in the supported platform matrix. Also, you use need to explicitly add the domain to Policy Set, to find users and groups :
