Right Align Numbers

How do you right-align numbers, while keeping the field description left-aligned?

(Other than creating separate text field for label and no-label numeric field for number, which is limp for a form designer)

Look for Paragraph tab (Window>>Paragraph or Shift+F5) and set Right alignment just for the Value after you choose "Currently Editing Value Property" from the dropdown in the window.
