I am creating an order form that has two radio button choices - New Registration or Renewal / Change of Existing Order. The user will choose New Registration, complete all the fields, save a copy of the form and send the order away. The user wants to be able to reopen that form at a later date, be able to choose Renewal / Change of Existing Order which will open a subform with a section to add new order information. I want the details already completed from the New Registration form to remain in the Renewal subform so the user doesn't have to re-enter the information again. I also want the order section in the New Registration to change title to 'Old Order' and the new order table to be called 'New Order'.
Is this possible? Any instructions would be great. Thanks.
