Restrict user from editing form in LCD but they can use the form in Adobe Reader / pro

I have made a Forms in LCD ... the form only contains 4 buttons which open 4 different forms attached to the PDF file.

Now the problem is  i want to restrict editing of this form in LCD.

but when i put restriction from (LCD file)

File > Form Properties > PDF Security > check (use a password to restrict printing ...etc) > changes allowed (any except extracting pages)

the form stops working...... ie. when the button is click in adobe reader / pro .. nothing happens... it start working again when i removed the above pdf security.

Is there any way out to restrict editing of the file in LCD by other user but the form should  work fine in adobe pro / reader.
