When I render a form in HTML5. the date field is not behaving the same as PDF. I can use the date picker to select a date or type in a date. The only format that I am allowed to type in is YYYY-MM-DD. I tried to use the Validation pattern options but still get the same result. Can anyone verify if the validation patterns are not working in HTML5 like PDF?
Also the examples from Adobe show date fields without the image of the calendar. When you click on the field the date picker appears. See LiveCycle Help | Experience the Mobile Forms capabilities , the forms HTML5 rendition do not show a calendar image. I have not found an option in Designer to remove that image.
