remove an OWNER from API or server side script?

Is there a way to remove an OWNER from a room?  Using the Room Console, I can't get "Remove User" to enable.  Is there a way to remove an OWNER session from the server side?   Looks like you can invalidate your own session, but not a target user session? 

What am I missing?

Hi,

When you are using the console, you are entering as an Owner in a room. So, as long as you remain logged in the console , you will see the owner. The 'Remove User' isn't enabled because you are still in console. So, You can remove any other user but not yourself.

I don't think there is a way to remove 'owner' from server side as long as the console is open and you are logged in. If you try from server side, most likely you will get errors in the console and won't be able to use the console anymore.
