recording .zip bundle event notification

Does the LCCS API contain an event notification for when the bundled ZIP file reaches the WebDAV repository ?

Or. Is this something that I will have to implement

No events for that right now. You'll have to implement with a filter on your webserver (or by monitoring the folder content).
