Recording Archive is Empty

hi,

i am using screen sharing capturing with LCCS and record the session. but when i looked into the dev portal archive is created but its empty.

can anybody have face this problem ?

one more issue how much time it needed to make the achive file for recording.

Hi Vishal,

I think you need to take a step back and go at this issue bit by bit.  In another thread, you are saying you are not seeing any recording files on your WebDAV server.  If that is the case, then of course the recording playback will not work.  So, I am a little confused about where you are currently with the recording/playback process.

Here is the process:

1/ create/open a room

2/ start recording the room session

3/ stop recording the room session (this should make LCCS service publish a recording zip file to your WebDAV repository)

4/ locate the recording zip file on your WebDAV server

5/ create/open a playback app (this should make LCCS service retrieve the recording zip file from your WebDAV repository)

6/ playback is showing recording session

You need to identify the first step that breaks in this chain and go from there.
