Recipient can't save the pdf form I created

I am brand new to LiveCycle Designer.  I created a form and forwarded it to a client as a pdf.  They can open it, but can't save it.

The other issue is that Master page is included with the document as the first page.  I don't know how to hide.  I am missing something here.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Normally if a user opens a form with Adobe Reader then they will not be able to save it. There is a process called Reader Extensions, which you can apply to your form, either using Acrobat Standard v9 (or Acrobat Professional v8) OR a server product called LiveCycle Reader Extensions ES2.

There are licensing restrictions to using Acrobat to reader enable a form, check out the EULA.
