Recently upgraded to Adobe XI and I lost LiveCycle Designer. How can I get this back?

My company recently upgraded all PCs to Adobe DC. I have several PDFs that were created using LiveCycle that I no longer can edit. Does anyone know what needs to happen to get the designer back?
