send data as it becomes available

Hey guys,

  I have dealing with huge amount of data, maybe not as much as some of you.  I am using ColdFusion for db interaction and data manipulation.  Currently it take about 188sec to be retrieved from my db, set it up in an appropriate structure and then pass it along to Flex.  I am currently on a laptop MacBook white with 2GB so this time will reduce once I go to production server, but I was wondering if there was a way to stream data from ColdFusion to flex so that, as data gets available Flex will display the data?  If you could point me to particular examples or how to that would help me immensely.

Hi,

            I dont know much about ColdFusion as me working with Java

            Here we have Server Push, so when data is available we will send to Flex.

            May be in Cold fusion also available ,Google might help u.
