Questions Regarding Playback

Hi all,

I have two questions about playing recorded LCCS sessions.

1- Is there any method to trim the record from the beginning? For example, first 15 seconds of the record.

2- As far as I know, in playback method all the bandwidth use is between my WebDAV server and the client. So playbacks shouldn't cost me money on my LCCS account, right?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the answer to 2/ is no.  Please refer to http://learn.adobe.com/wiki/display/lccs/10.1+Overview for more info.

Essentially, LCCS service downloads the archive zip from your WebDAV and serves it to your playback clients.
