Overflow Header

I have a form that is table oriented, however, I’ve tried creating it as a table in LSD several different ways, but the result was not how I want the form to work, so I created the table with multiple subforms. The form consists of a cover page, informational pages, the tables (activity sections) and a signature page.

The first page of the activity section has a main header, a place to enter a name and field office #.  At the bottom of this page is a footnote.  To allow for this I created 3 Master Pages, one for the cover page, one for the first page of the activity section and one for the remaining pages.

The activity sections have an add button, which works fine.  The problem is I can’t get the column headings to flow onto additional pages.  I want the column headings to be on each page that there is an activity section, but not on the signature page (last page).

In another attempt, I tried adding a 4th Master Page with just the column headings and had the overflow pages go to that page, that worked until the very last activity section, it would flow off the page and not to a new page.

I’m using LCD 7.1 – soon to be 8.2...yeah

As always, thanks for your help!

Hi,  I'm having additional problems with my form.  It's too hard to explain, can I email it to someone?

I've run into a problem when the repeating row fills the page and if more rows are added it doesn't flow onto the overflow page, it goes off the page.  I think I know why it's doing it, but I don't know how to set up the form to flow properly.  The big problem is that the first two columns are static/positioned and the rows to the right of them are dynamic/flowed.  Is there a way to to fix this?

I do not think you will be able to accomplish what you want beyond a page border.
