Multiple forms in one pdf

hi everyone!

I have a long pdf file (14 pages) each form related to the next one, like wizard!

I thought with many ideas to be 1 form :

1- using tabs in master page.

2- links in master page.

3- wizard.

4- Radio-buttons, checkboxes and dropdown list

5- buttons

in the all above suggestions I would use subform for each page and use hide/show property.

but I do not know if Adobe liveCycle is support all these features(tabs, wizard,Links) ??

Please advice me to best solution, to merge all forms in one page as your experiences.....

Thanks in advance......

i find radio buttons/ checkboxes and drop down lists work the best when combining inter related forms.

then i'd just hide/show corresponding subforms/fields.

i guess you could do something similar by having one form as a kind of title page/menu and having links to each of the other then just group them into a portfolio

if what you are trying to do is have an index type arangement

otherwise it's subforms as you suggested -
